Tambuli Awards 2012: Call for Entries

THE PHILIPPINES, JANUARY 17, 2012: The only global awards on integrated marketing communications (IMC) and societal values is opening its doors for entries. Now on its sixth year, the Tambuli Awards recognize that advertising and marketing campaigns are not only about creative execution, but also about business results and the positive messages and values that these works impart. 

This year, the Tambuli Awards is adding the “Best Integrated Digital Program” category in its roster, to be awarded to campaigns that effectively used the digital medium to produce business results. The other 11 categories are Best Small Budget Brand Campaign, Best Established Brand Campaign, Best Innovative and Integrated Media Campaign, Best Insights and Strategic Thinking, Best Teens Brand Campaign, Best Family-Oriented Brand Campaign, Best Public Relations (PR) Initiated Campaign, Best Fashion Brand Campaign, Best Media-Initiated Campaign, Best Advocacy Campaign, and Best in Creative Idea and Execution.
 
Tambuli winners will be chosen using the following criteria: 50% for effectiveness and 50% for societal values.
 
Four special awards will also be given come the awards night on June 21 – the Carmencita Esteban Platinum Award, which is chosen from the pool of Gold Tambuli winners; Effectiveness Agency of the Year and Effectiveness Advertiser of the Year, determined through a point system; and the Tambuli CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) of the Year (by nomination).
