SHANGHAI — BBH China has been named the creative agency with highest client satisfaction in China by the 2018 Agency Scope Report, published by R3-Scopen. The report analysed client-agency relationships across more than 50 China based creative agencies and ranked them based on clients’ evaluation. This is the second edition in a row that BBH China tops the client satisfaction survey, making BBH the only agency to have led the ranking three times (2010, 2016, 2018).
The report ranks agencies against a set of 57 performance attributes, including production, creativity, strategy, account service and effectiveness. Clients recognized BBH for their understanding of the Chinese consumer, strategic thinking and creativity.
Last year, BBH China promoted longstanding leadership team Arto Hampartsoumian and Christine Ng to Executive Chairman and CEO respectively. Arto and Christine are one of the longest serving leadership teams at a global agency in China. 2018 will be their twelfth year as both the founders and the key management team at BBH China.
Says Sabrina Lee, Managing Director, R3 China, “In a competitive marketplace where the average client – agency relationship is a few years below the global average, BBH China has succeeded in building strong long-lasting relationships with their clients. BBH China’s consistent first place ranking is really commendable.”
Adds Cesar Vacchiano, CEO R3 Scopen, "Agency Scope analyses more than 500 agencies globally, and no other agency has led the client satisfaction ranking three times."
Says Arto Hampartsoumian, Executive Chairman, BBH China, “Client – agency relationships are more important than ever. As the increasingly competitive marketplace is pushing clients to take risks and explore new channels, they not only need an agency who has a broad range of capabilities, but a team they can trust who is in it for the long-term. An in-depth understanding of the client business is key as is contribution to sales growth. This award is a testament to the teams’ hard work and their commitment to going the extra mile."
