New York Festivals Radio Programming opens for entries, International advertising deadline extended to January 22

One of the world’s most well-known competition, the New York Festivals has recognized The World’s Best Work for more than half a century.  For 2010, the New York Festivals Radio Programming competition opens for entries today, January 18.

Entries from radio stations, networks and independent producers from over 30 countries are submitted yearly, while international radio experts from stations and companies donate their time to the judging process.  The GrandJury™ is comprised of top level industry professionals from 5 continents and over 25 countries.

Each GrandJury™ member listens to and scores entries through our judging website providing a personal environment in which to listen to each entry, as well as flexibility with time to log on, listen thoughtfully and score each piece of work.

Also announced is the deadline extension for The New York Festivals  International Advertising Awards.   Entries may be submitted through the website via a request by selecting a date from the pull down menu on the extension form. 

This extension request form will help NYF monitor the number of contacts needing extensions.  

Set at January 22, the New York Festivals will add more dates as the month progresses. 

NYF maintains a network of representatives who promote the competitions in over 20 countries. This ensures all work is judged without cultural bias and that each competition does represent the best in communications the world has to offer.
