TBWASantiago Mangada Puno, Publicis JimenezBasic, Dentsu Jayme Syfu, Ogilvy & Mather Philippines win at 2017 Tangrams Effectiveness Awards

The Philippines had its share of winners at the 2017 Tangrams Effectiveness Awards, which honors clients and agencies for marketing strategies that deliver transformative business results. TBWA\Santiago Mangada Puno, Publicis JimenezBasic, Dentsu Jayme Syfu, and Ogilvy & Mather Philippines all took home trophies. 

Once again, TBWA\Santiago Mangada Puno added another award to its already multi-awarded “Correcting History” campaign for the Citizens Against the Return of the Marcoses to Malacañang (CARMMA), this time a Silver for Insights / Strategic Thinking under the Effectiveness category.

Another Philippine agency winner for Insights / Strategic Thinking was Dentsu Jayme Syfu which scooped up a Bronze trophy for “The Good Experiment” for Breeze and Unilever Philippines.

Publicis JimenezBasic’s web series “The Beautiful Truth” for Maxi-Peel and Splash Corporation grabbed a Bronze trophy, which is only one of two awards given out under the Pharmaceuticals, Beauty Products, Cosmetics & Toiletries sub-category under Effectiveness.

Under the Media Strategy category, Ogilvy & Mather Philippines was awarded with a Media Innovation Bronze trophy for “Vaseline Live Billboard” for Vaseline and Unilever Philippines.

The awards were given out during the first day of the Spikes Asia Festival of Creativity held at the Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre, Suntec City, Singapore.
