Top creative recruiter FBI launches in Europe

The founder of the southern hemisphere’s leading creative recruitment company FBI Recruitment, Patsy Peacock, today announced that FBI is launching in Europe with former 180 Amsterdam head of talent Astrid Boesze as managing partner.

As head of talent for 180 Amsterdam for more than seven years, Boesze was responsible for all creative, account, project management, planning recruitment of 180 Amsterdam’s 150 person agency.

Headquartered in Sydney, FBI has been the number one creative recruitment company in the Southern hemisphere since its inception in 1994. FBI Europe will initially be headquartered in Amsterdam, with plans to open up a London office next year. The move by FBI reflects an increasing demand for talent – especially from Australia and New Zealand – in overseas markets.

Says DDB London executive creative director Jeremy Craigen: "Australia and New Zealand are probably two years ahead of London in terms of true integration. So for me, hiring top Aussie and Kiwi talent helps us catch up. We had a recent global DDB management meeting in Vancouver to highlight where the best work within the network is coming from. At least 35% of the work shown came from Australia and New Zealand,” he said.
