Eon Group bolsters senior management

MANILA – The EON Group has announced new additions to its management team to advance the agency’s agenda and impact in both the integrated communications industry and its regional expansion plans.

Richard Arboleda, President and COO of the EON Group announced the appointment of Emmanuel Escondo as Head of Multimedia Production, and Quintin Pastrana as Director for Corporate Affairs.

“This is the age where the intersection of business and governance, shared value and nation building can be channeled to uphold truth for good with multiple platforms in digital, PR, stakeholder engagement, creatives and experiential marketing. We welcome the entry of these two leaders in the EON family to advance our mission for our all our stakeholders,” Arboleda affirmed.

Noel is a multi-awarded film director, whose work has been recognized in the international arena. His short film, ‘Nakaw’, won the URIAN award, participated in the Cannes film festival, was part of the Official Selection in the French, CineMangga, French, and Pelicula Spanish film festivals, and has been screened in Europe, Indonesia, Hollywood, and soon, Thailand. He is a Cinemalaya finalist and won Best Director and Best Screenplay at the Pelikultura Calabarzon Film Festival 2017. Noel has also worked with leading digital agencies as Head of Production, and has 15 years experience in TV production, writing, and directing.

Quintin is an entrepreneur with over 15 years of multinational corporate and leadership experience in the energy sector, and policy work in the Philippine Senate, House of Representatives, and the National Security Council. Most recently, he anchored Bloomberg TV Philippines, and hosts the prime time program, Thought Leaders. Quintin has been selected as one of the country’s young leaders by the Asia Society and the US ASEAN Business Council for his contribution to business and development in the region.

These appointments follow the promotion of a new set of business heads to lead the different EON units: EON Public Relations, the company’s flagship PR unit, is headed by Jane Villa; Engage, the risk and reputation management and public affairs business, is headed by Vikki Luta; Tangerine, the experiential marketing group, is headed by Liz Zamora; DiG, the creative technology arm, is headed by Gino Nacianceno. Supporting the business units are Ritchie Baquirin, Group Creative Director, and Marlene Cinco, Business Development Director.
