Outdoor Advertising Association of the Philippines launches international conference and tradeshow

THE PHILIPPINES, SEPTEMBER 13, 2012 – The Outdoor Advertising Association of the Philippines (OAAP) has launched the 3rd Outdoor Advertising Philippines 2012 (OAP 2012) International Conference and Tradeshow on Out-of-Home Media to be held from November 15-17, 2012 at SMX Convention Center, Hall 1.

 
In an effort to promote the growth and development of Out-of-Home (OOH) Media in the Philippines, international gurus will provide insights and share best practices with the delegates. A conference and a forum will be held on the second day which will be attended by industry leaders and stakeholders –  billboard/OOH operators, advertisers, ad agencies, suppliers, allied services providers and students to discuss issues, trends, development and problems of the industry.
 
And, still on the second day, in recognition of the creativity and innovation of billboards and OOH media, the “Tanaw Awards”, which is given also twice a year, will be awarded to the people behind the ads. 
 
Past OAP Expos are known to have played an important role in being the launch pad of the latest technology and showcased top of the line equipment. 
 
This year’s expo will also have over 140 booths and more than 100 local and international companies will showcase the latest state-of-the art technology available in the market, providing  visitors with know-how.
