"We’ve been astounded at the number of brands that have been doing it well. They’re thinking about how to make themselves relevant to the needs of consumers. Still too many brands aren’t there. Our industry – the creative industry – isn’t as far along as we want to be. 


Fundamentally, there are seven key ingredients to making a brand brand new again. One is transparency. If you are afraid, it’s time to fix those things you’re hiding. 

It’s about product innovation – really thinking about products and listening to consumers, making the products they want. 



It’s about the ground up. It’s about making new experiences. It’s about social content that we know people are sharing everyday. Finally, it’s about collaboration."
