SINGAPORE — Bray Leino Splash (formerly Splash Interactive Group) today announced a number of new appointments to their Singapore office.
The digital experience agency has welcomed the new hires, who bring a wealth of Technology, Creative, and Client leadership experience from leading agencies across Asia. Joshua Lee, Managing Director at Bray Leino Splash Singapore says, “Each of these hires has ‘runs on the board’ when it comes to connecting technology, creativity, and business results for their respective clients. Joining the Bray Leino Splash (BLS) team in the Singapore office are:
Jaffry Jalal, UX Director
Jaffry former UX Design Lead at TBWA\Singapore, Havas, and most recently a lecturer at Singapore Polytechnic, Jaffry has joined BLS Singapore to lead the UX and UI capability. As a veteran UX practitioner, he’s had the privilege of building digital products and creating immersive experiences for brands such as Singapore Airlines, MasterCard, and Michelin. “I’m excited BLS continues to invest in experience design capability and I’m thrilled to be at an agency who has the technical chops to bring good design to life”.
E Kien Wai, Technical Project Director
Kien Wai, who formerly held various roles at R/GA, TSLA, and most recently the technology company Deltatre, is a seasoned digital advertising specialist with expertise in technology and product management. He has over 15 years of experience delivering multiple successful strategic programs for global and regional clients such as Mediacorp, EDB, Luzerne, and Telenor “Joining BLS Singapore is like a homecoming of sorts as the marrying of creativity with technology is definitely something close to my heart and that I’ve missed in recent years.”
Stephanie Holzhuber, Snr. Account Director
Stephanie joins the agency as Senior Account Director. She was most recently Digital Marketing Director at Cheil Worldwide, focusing on data and e-commerce strategy for Samsung. Prior to this, Stephanie was with Digitas, where she led a range of international and local client businesses including United Overseas Bank, Novartis, and Singapore’s Health Promotion Board.

Jamie Phua, Account Director
Jamie who has worked at various Singapore agencies including Y&R, TBWA, and Digitas along with a stint in China at BDO and Leo Burnett. Her strong capability in understanding data and consumer behaviors have allowed her to develop user-centric marketing strategy and campaigns for HSBC, Aptamil, Cigna, Google, and Shiseido. On joining BLS Jamie said, “In last few years, It’s become apparent to me that the pillars of UX and technology are critical if agencies are to really help brands create relevant solutions for present-day consumer, so being able to leverage these capabilities at BLS is what excites me the most.”
These hires will see former colleagues reunited with Joshua, Jaffry, and Jamie working together at TBWA and Joshua, Jamie, and Stephanie together at Digitas.
Bray Leino Splash was recently appointed by Mitsubishi Electric and Earth Observatory Singapore to undertake UX, creative and technical implementation on their digital platforms. They have also recently completed digital projects for NTUC Income, Bacha Coffee, and Epic Gas.
