Frank T. Abueva of Advertising Associates Inc. heads as chairman.
Meanwhile, Rod C. Guevarra of Guevearra & Associates Advertising Services Inc. is president.

Formed in 1964, the OAAP’s purpose was to promote growth of outdoor advertising in the Philippines by establishing its own Code of Ethics.
