Working closely with the senior leadership team, Bala will be responsible for delivering online initiatives by driving the best use of insights, strategy, business knowledge, and digital prowess.

Bala’s claim to digital fame is backed by over 10 years of experience and his expertise covers business, and technical know‐how. Bala joins OMD from
Zenith Media, where he was the Business Director (Digital media and Innovation), leading online initiatives for accounts like Celcom, Maybank, Bank Negara, Petronas, Toyota, Huawei, Tourism Malaysia, LVMH Group, to name a few.
