People: Propel Manila welcomes two new Creative Directors

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Propel Manila strengthens its creative power with mighty new additions to the team in the names of award-winning creatives Rizza Garcia and Paulo Correa.

Rizza Garcia joins the agency with a wealth of experience from advertising, branding, design, digital, and tech. She will lead the content direction of Elesi Studios, Propel Manila’s tech-powered content creation studio, and will oversee the content work for Jollibee Philippines, UNIQLO Philippines, CDO, Ayala Malls, Chowking, Marby, and Lazada.

Her 15-year career has produced notable works for Pepsi, FedEx, Department of Tourism, J&J, Mountain Dew, Jollibee, Lucky Me!, Purefoods, San Miguel, Unilab, and EQ diapers, some of which gained recognition in local and international awards like Spikes Asia, Adfest, Ad Stars, Kidlat, and Boomerang.

Before joining Propel Manila, Garcia worked as Creative Director – Head of Design at NuWorks, Head of Design at BBDO Guerrero, and as Associate Creative Director at Publicis JimenezBasic, and edukasyon.ph.

Visual artist and muralist Paulo Correa joins the agency to oversee the creative direction for UNIQLO Philippines, Chowking, Betadine, and Lazada.

With over 10 years of experience taking care of some of the country’s biggest brands like P&G, Kopiko, Buscopan, Cignal, among others, Paulo’s career has been decorated with various industry awards. Some notches under his belt include D&AD, Ad Stars, The Work, Adobo Design Awards, Kidlat, and Boomerang.
