MANILA – Globe Telecom has launched a new campaign called ‘Day of Wonderful’ to celebrate the real-life stories of Globe customers.
An integral part of the campaign is a video titled “Rediscovering Wonderful Connections”, which has been launched on YouTube.
With an all-too familiar plotline of connecting families and friends that have been separated, the video features three individuals who answer the question: “If you were given a chance to connect to anyone anywhere, who would you call?”
Online engagement for the campaign has been initiated by influencers, who will share the video on their social media accounts and will encourage the telco’s customers to share and be a part of the campaign by using the hashtag #WonderfulStories.
This campaign is the brand’s way of rewarding customers for making Globe an important part of their wonderful stories throughout the year.
Commenting on the campaign, Yoly Crisanto, Head of Globe Corporate Communications, said: “These stories aren’t just ordinary and we wanted our customers to know that. This is a celebration of connections that happen every day. This is our way of giving back to our valued customers for making Globe a part of their lives.”
In line with the launch of the video, ‘Day of Wonderful’ has also launched Wonderfilm the nationwide short film contest. The brand will be encouraging film and art students from different universities to participate in the nationwide short film contest and challenge them shoot and share their own wonderful stories.
Social media platforms utilized in this campaign include YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
