SINGAPORE — Alicja Cybulska has been appointed as the Chief Strategy Officer, Southeast Asia & North Asia, Havas Group, effective immediately. Transferred from Havas Poland to base in Singapore, she will report to Alberto Canteli, Chairman and CEO of Nordics, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Middle East, Southeast Asia, Korea, and Japan, and will be responsible for businesses across Southeast Asia and North Asia region.
The internal transfer demonstrates the significance of the organizational and cultural advantage of the Havas Village model, which has elevated Havas with a goal to draw various teams under one roof for greater results. Thanks to this model, Havas, now one of the most integrated industry leaders, can leverage and locate talent in an effective way to better catalyze the group’s wisdom and resource for a meaningful present and future.

In her new position as Chief Strategy Officer, Alicja will be responsible for the development of the agency’s strategic practice and driving new business plans, including creating campaigns and brand strategies through research and consumer insights. She will also lead the campaign measurement process to ensure clients and agencies are aligned on KPI, establish realistic business goals, and provide accountability through reporting and analytics, as well as long-term growth strategies.
With her 25 years of rich experience in brand communication and marketing, Alicja is a market expert in consumer insights, translating human emotions, motivations, and behaviors to communication needs. For two decades, she has played a key role for Havas Media Group Poland’s success as a top market leader as well as leading the agency to several prestigious awards such as Success of the Year, Partner of the Year, and Agency of The Year 2021.
