Gladys Basinillo, CEO
Basinillo is an experienced chief executive officer with a track record of successfully leading the transformation and growth of multinational media agencies. She is skilled in communications planning, marketing management, PR, digital strategy, integrated marketing, and advertising. She rose from the ranks with three decades of extensive media experience. A hands-on leader that knows the Philippine media landscape and industry inside-out, Basinillo has solid experience in creative media works; content, influencer, and activations with a specialization in music marketing.
April Yap, Managing Director
Yap has a strong expertise in media strategy and integrating online and offline media. Her solid base in consumer insights and insights leads to communications strategy. She is well-practiced in localizing global and regional plans and has a multi-category experience. Adept at handling digital media strategy, Yap’s background is in storytelling and creating narratives out of numbers.
Ravi Trivedi, Chief Digital Officer
Trivedi is a native digital marketing professional with global experience in business, client, and digital marketing leadership. He has more than 12 years of digital leadership experience in APAC with Fortune-500 clients such as Unilever, P&G, Mondelez, Nestle, GSK, Ford, Microsoft, and Lenovo. Trivedi is a strong believer and execution expert of Always-On digital marketing strategies by creating industry specific bespoke solutions. Driven by curiosity to find data driven solutions to most pressing business challenges, he brings customer-centric mindfulness that enables firms to innovate and thrive.
Federico Piacenza, Digital Head
Piacenza helps businesses grow faster through data-driven marketing. He is also the founder of Growthlabs.ph, a digital marketing agency providing custom-built solutions for small and medium businesses. He spent nine years in Starcom handling accounts like Coca-Cola where he helped develop a global digital playbook on strategy and planning and integrated regional strategy with local market needs.
Jake Habitan, Business Development Executive
At Intersections, Habitan renders specialized solutions to clients beyond media planning and buying. Prior to his current post at Intersections, he led Carat’s Carat Play and Starcom’s Liquid Thread. Some notable projects include Fusion: The Philippine Music Festival, P&G’s Best Ever Joy launch, and Max’s Chicken-All-You-Can which bagged a Gold in the Singapore Events Marketing Awards. Habitan is one of the 10 Young Outstanding Media Practitioners Under 30 which was recognized by MSAP during the 2019 Media Congress.
Joyce Nievera, Digital Manager
Nievera is a seasoned digital strategist with more than six years of experience in the industry with expertise spanning digital media planning and buying, audience planning, performance media, data and analytics, and e-commerce. She has worked for agencies like Starcom, Wavemaker and Voyager Innovations.
