People: Iris appoints Regional Head of People

SINGAPORE — Creative, strategy, and innovation network, Iris has appointed Ramani Amar as Head of People for the APAC region. In her new role, Ramani will lead and champion Iris’s People-Powered strategy for the region with a focus on driving engagement and implementing best-in-class initiatives and programs across the entire employee journey.

Ramani brings over 17 years of experience in talent management, HR, and recruiting across a plethora of sectors. Prior to her current appointment, Ramani was the Director of HR & Talent – Singapore & Hong Kong for McCann Worldgroup, where she led their DE&I strategy among other responsibilities.

Ramani joins Iris at a time of transformation and growth in sync with its value proposition – ‘For the Forward’ and she will work in partnership with the MDs and leadership teams of the offices in Singapore, Thailand, India and Indonesia to provide commercially focused people solutions that enable the region to deliver its goals, through its people.
