The One Club has just released the full list of finalists for the 42nd Annual One Show Awards, with TBWA Santiago Mangada Puno securing 5 out of 7 entries coming from the Philippines.
All five entries came one work – a floating billboard made from living plants they have done for Peerless Lion Corporation’s Hana Shampoo that that can purify up to 8,000 gallons of dirty river waters daily.
The “Water Billboard” was shortlisted in 2 categories for print & outdoor and 3 categories under design.
Joining the agency is DDB Group Philippines, with their work “PAPER BACK” shortlisted in design and Ace Saatchi & Saatchi Manila in Branded Entertainment for Jasmine, a mystery drama series they co-produced with TV5.
There are 330 finalists from 37 countries competing to earn the coveted Gold Pencils for Branded Entertainment, Design, Responsive Environments, Direct, Mobile, Interactive, Radio Print & Outdoor, Social Media, UXUI, Cross Platform, Film, Intellectual Property, Print Outdoor Social Media and UXUI. Overall, the One Club received over 20,000 entries in 65 countries for this year.
The big announcement for the Gold Pencil winners across all disciplines will be on May 8 at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center.
