Jollibee welcomes Dorothy Dee-Ching as VP and Head of Marketing of Jollibee Philippines

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Jollibee has just announced the appointment of its new VP and Head of Marketing of Jollibee Philippines, Dorothy Dee-Ching. She will be replacing Francis Flores, who recently departed from the company after 15 years.

Dorothy started as Jollibee Philippines’ VP and Head of Marketing last July 25 soon after announcing her departure from Unilever Philippines where she was the vice president of the beauty and personal care division for more than three years. This new venture with Jollibee marks the end of her 20-year career with Unilever, through which she championed the evolution of beauty in a way that cultivated diversity, sustainability, and positivity.

“As I look back at my last two decades working on various roles across brands, categories, and markets, I am filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude for this journey-of-a-lifetime,” she recently shared regarding her departure from Unilever. “While it is difficult to leave this company I consider my second home, I know that there is a right time for everything. And now is the right time for me to close this chapter of my career to make way for my next exciting adventure!”
