MANILA – Tinta Awards, the premier award-giving body to recognize excellence in print advertising, has extended its deadline for submission of entries. Entries may be submitted until September 30, 2015.
The contest is open to all Philippine-based advertising agencies, media independents, print media publishers, advertisers, and students.
Entries from industry participants must be designed for publication in newspapers or magazines or its online edition, and published for the first time between January 2014 and September 15, 2015. Ad placements in international publications are accepted, but the entry must have been published in the Philippines to qualify into the competition.
The Tinta Awards Students Category is open to all college students. Each entry must be endorsed by a university dean or accredited school representative.
All entries must be accompanied by an entry form, entered in the correct format as specified in the entry guideline, and the entry fee paid to ensure acceptance into the competition.
A Gold, Silver, and Bronze Tinta Award will be given in each category. Shortlisted entries will receive a finalist certificate. A Grand Prix may be awarded in each main category not including the Student Category. The Tinta Awards Agency Of The Year will be awarded to the agency that obtains the highest score for entries into the competition.
The awarding night for the 5th Tinta Awards, the premiere award-giving body to recognize excellence in print advertising, has also been moved to October 22, 2015.
