BANGKOK – After winning four Gold, 22 Silver and 16 Bronze awards, BBDO Bangkok has been named the Adman Awards’ Agency of the Year.
Hosted by the Advertising Association of Thailand, the awards celebrate outstanding marketing communications, and are one of Thailand’s biggest and most competitive industry events.
“We are proud that our New World Creative has resulted in a positive impact on both Thai society and on our clients’ brands. We create big ideas, compelling content, and innovate across multi-platforms in the digital era,” said Suthisak Sucharittanonta Chairman & Chief Creative Officer of BBDO Bangkok.
The agency won the first ever Gold medal in the newly-launched ‘Innovation’ category for their internationally-acclaimed “The Message from the Lungs” campaign for the Thai Health Promotion Foundation.
BBDO Bangkok also won Gold Awards for Air Asia’s “Weekday” and Throatsil’s “Keep Shouting” print campaigns. Other winning campaigns include: Operation Smile Thailand’s “The Painted Smile”; Thai Rath TV’s “Blind Taste TV”; Samsung’s “Memory Recaller”; “Hair Tag Project”; Olay’s “Best Beautiful”, and “Muay Thai Hotel’’ for Tourism Authority of Thailand.
“This year’s show theme ‘Prove Them Wrong’ is really to demonstrate to the world how talented Thai creatives are.
