MANILA – Electrolux has just launched the industry’s first 24/7 after-sales support in a bid to beef up its customer support services.
The Electrolux 24/7 Premium Customer Service will initially be offered to customers within Metro Manila covering Electrolux refrigerators and premium washing machines, washer dryers and dryers.
The brand set up a dedicated team for after-hours advice and assistance, including weekends and public holidays.The program offers service repairs, product installation and demonstration as well as home delivery of accessories and consumables
