PATTAYA, THAILAND — Mobile viewing has become the norm. 75% of worldwide viewing is on mobile, and 9 out of 10 mobile users share the videos they’ve seen with others. Mastering mobile-first content is now key to increasing a brand’s market share on social media and that brings conquering the art of vertical storytelling to the fore. In light of this, the Creativity for the Mobile-First Era workshop at ADFEST is one that should not be missed.

The workshop is hosted by BBDO Singapore Creative Chairman Guan Hin Tay and Boom Digital Media Founder Ming Wei, creator of @mingweirocks, on March 24. It will provide participants with an understanding of how vertical storytelling, which is estimated to take up 80% of all internet traffic, can improve business performance. It will touch on how to catch the consumer’s eye and tell engaging authentic stories and provide marketers with their own vertical storytelling action plan, with an emphasis on triumph in TikTok, the most important platform in social media right now.

Guan Hin commented, “BBDO is excited to bring this workshop to ADFEST. We had been planning before Covid started. The world of mobile-first content has changed tremendously, so we want to share and inspire the attendees to create work that fits today’s mobile consumer behavior on the many different platforms available.”
