GLOBAL – The Cannes Lions five-time Network of the Year awardee, led by its innovation and digital innovators, Marshall Manson and James Whatley, predicted the key digital trends this 2017 and they’re sharing it with us, an annual new year tradition.
The duo also looked back on the 2016 report to review and grade their predictions which included the increase in adblocker usage, video evolution, and the millennial market. This year, Manson and Whatley predicts the rise of chatbots, automation, a video-first world and some issues that may face Twitter and Facebook.
