BBDO’s Josy Paul to share Lion-winning insights at Lions cMBA Course

CANNES, FRANCE — A regular Cannes Lions Juror and one of the most awarded creatives in India, BBDO Chairman and Chief Creative Officer Josy Paul will unlock the secrets of Lion-winning creativity. The You’re On the Jury experience is at the heart of the new LIONS cMBA.

This new online creative course also uses Lion-winning work and extracts of talks from industry icons at the Cannes Lions Festival and our other regional events to educate and inspire creatives and marketing professionals to produce their best work.

In each module, the You’re On the Jury experience allows learners to analyze Lion-shortlisted and Lion-winning work and hear from the Juries and Jury Presidents about how and why they judged it worthy of a Lion. It’s an exclusive chance to hear the thoughts of the Cannes Lions Juries, develop the skill of evaluating Lion-winning work, and learn how to apply those techniques and skills to your own creative work.

In addition to this, Josy will also be speaking at the See It Be It program.

The See It Be It program is the LIONS initiative aiming to achieve equal gender representation among creative directors and leaders across the global industry. Every year, 16 women and non-binary people are selected and invited to Cannes Lions for a four-day program, which includes mentorship opportunities and private masterclasses with industry leaders, as well as backstage access and session invitations tailored to each participant’s career goals.

Since its launch, the initiative has helped over 100 women and non-binary people from 33 countries. In 2024, The See It Be It program has selected two from India: Kopal Naithani, Founder and Director of Superfly Films, and Pooja Manek, Founding Member and Creative of Talented Agency.
