To celebrate the holiday season, Chef de Cuisine John Dave Buquir crafted special dinner set menus available on December 24, 31, 2024, and January 01, 2025, and a lunch and dinner set menu for December 25, 2024 highlighting succulent meat ranging from the Josper-grilled Black Onyx Pure Angus Tenderloin from Australia to the Irish Premium Oyster and Yarra Valley Salmon Caviar.

In celebration of the season, our guests can expect exceptional dishes – from the amuse-bouche, the mains, all the way to the dessert – crafted from the heart with the freshest produce and finest ingredients.”
Apart from set menus, guests can also choose from the special à la carte menu that features an equally tantalizing array of dishes such as the Josper-grilled live Maine Lobster and 1824 OP Ribs M3+.
Set menus start at PHP 4,450 net per person while à la carte dishes are available from December 07, 2024, to January 01, 2025, starting at PHP 6,550 net.
