Executive Chinese Chef Wang Wei Qing brings to life the familiar comforts of family with special set menus that blend tradition and modern flair. Choose from three exclusive options:
- Lily set menu, good for a minimum of five persons and available at PHP 19,888 net
- Jasmine set menu, good for a minimum of 10 persons and available at PHP 45,988 net
- Osmanthus set menu, for a minimum of 10 persons and is available at PHP 55,988 net
Enjoy culinary masterpieces like the baked Wagyu oxtail with tomatoes on puff pastry, the crispy cod fish and mango roll with raspberry mayonnaise sauce, and the fried prawn balls and mozzarella cheese with foie gras, celery, and wasabi mint sauce. To complement the set menus, Canton Road offers à la carte dishes such as the turkey with bacon and orange mushroom as well as the pan-fried salmon fillet with asparagus and mushroom sauce in sweet and sour sauce.
Set menus are available from December 01, 2024, to January 01, 202,5 while the à la carte menu is available from December 07, 2024, to January 01, 2025, starting at PHP 788 net.
