2017 LIA announces The NEW shortlist

Seven entries from Asia have made it to the 2017 London International Awards (LIA) The NEW shortlist. TBWA\Hakuhodo, CJ WORX, Cheil Worldwide, Seoul, BBDO Bangkok, Cheil Worldwide, Hong Kong, Dentsu Inc. McCann Worldgroup India all had one shortlisted entry each. 

The NEW category sets out to recognise work that sat outside traditional media definitions and reflected the rapid changes in the marketing landscape.

There were a total of 52 shortlisted entries produced by the jury headed by Amber Finlay, Senior Director, Global Brand Communications, Converse and composed of Johan Jäger, Executive Creative Director, Jung von Matt Sweden; Adam Jenkins, Executive Producer, Framestor Labs, Framestore; Rafael Jimenez, Founder/CEO Seenapse; Valerie Madon, Chief Creative Officer for Southeast Asia, Havas; Emad Tahtouh, Director of Applied Technology, FINCH; and Faris Yakob, Co-Founder/Partner, Genius Steals.
