Independent digital creative house Propel Manila welcomes the year by promoting Cookie Quevedo to Creative Director. He will now oversee the creative direction for some of the agency’s new exciting brands like Clover Chips, Lancaster, Betadine, Culture Blends, and help service our long-time partners Uniqlo Philippines, Trend Micro, Marby, and Unilever Food Solutions.
“Cookie is one of Propel Manila’s greatest creative assets – he’s a very dependable creative leader whose works have led to some of the agency’s most important achievements,” says Creative Chief Raymund Sison. “His passion for social and tech is as palpable as his hunger for transformative ideas. I’m excited to see him propel the work to the best it can be.”
Cookie has been with the agency for over two years, taking care of Samsung Philippines, Uniqlo Philippines, among others. He grew up handling some of the country’s biggest brands like Mang Inasal, Smart, Nissan, Meralco, EastWest Bank and winning recognition from Asia-Pacific Tambuli Awards and IMMAP Boomerang Awards.
“This was an easy decision to make. Cookie’s attitude both in smoking out opportunities, pushing the ideas, and inspiring his team, makes him the leader we want to bet on,” says Chief Executive JC Valenzuela. “We’re excited where he can further take the agency’s mission to propel tomorrow, today.”
