Natalie Lam
International Executive Creative Director, New York
Originally from Hong Kong, now based in NY since the early 90s and before the internet was born, Natalie started as a Print Designer and made her way into the integrated advertising world. She was Executive Creative Director for agencies such as OgilvyOne, R/GA, McCann Erickson, Razorfish and Google’s inhouse agency Art, Copy & Code, leading the growth of creative departments and was fortunate enough to work with some of the world’s most iconic brands including Nike, Spotify, Adidas, Cadillac, IKEA. She was part of the original small crew that created Nike+. Her work won her top awards in Cannes, D&AD, The One Show, Clio, ADC, Clios and she was a frequent judge in said competitions.
Dale Lopez
Creative Strategist, Facebook Philippines, Manila
Dale’s career proves his clear passion for brand-building: he was once a spirited mascot for Jollibee; a Master Kerner at JWT; and a notorious art director at BBDO – from where he eventually kerned his way up to the position of Executive Creative Director slash in-house Punster McPunister.
He has successfully launched award-winning campaigns such as Pepsi Pinas and Liter of Light for Pepsi; It’s More Fun in the Philippines for The Department of Tourism; and Labels Against Women for Pantene. His work has earned him numerous paperweights in the form of ADFEST, Clios, Spikes, Cannes Lions, and One Show Pencils—as well as the first Philippine Grand Prix at AdStars.
After more than a decade in Italy, Federico moved to Russia and became Executive Creative Director at Young & Rubicam Moscow. His biggest achievement was to lead the Russian team to winning their first ever Cannes Lion in 2013 (with a total of 10 Lions in five years) and to turn Young & Rubicam Moscow into the most awarded agency of Russia (N.1 agency in AKAR ranking 2015). After five wonderful years in Russia he joined BBDO Guerrero as Executive Creative Director.
He is also a photographer ( work has been featured in 3 personal photographic exhibitions) and a Design and Art Direction Professor (Italy: taught at IED University and at Milan Catholic University for a Communication Master Degree Program ; Russia: British School of Design in Moscow).
Jax is a Global Creative Director working on Samsung Electronics in Seoul, Korea. Prior to Cheil, she worked at Ogilvy New York and Publicis New York and has been successful in working for a number of Fortune 500 companies while she was there. Her clients included: Motorola, Kodak, Feeding America, Dove, Stolichnaya, Louis Vuitton, Puerto Rico Tourism Board, Global Minute Maid, Dasani, IKEA, Citizen’s Bank, AVON, Gap and Citibank.
Jax is curious how technology meets with advertising and continues to develop new ideas that challenges the norm. Jax is interested in making content on new media channels. Her recent two awarded campaigns was to develop a mobile gaming application to help autistic children to make eye contact for better communication (Samsung’s “Look at Me” campaign), and VR experiences (Samsung’s “BeFearless” campaign), to help millennials with the fear of public speaking and fear of public heights to overcome their fears.
His work includes designing new media interactions, learning and applying new technologies and telling stories through digital mediums. He continues to have a special place in his heart for User Experience design. Clients he has worked with include SK-II, Sony, Discovery International, Toyota, Lexus, Unilever, British American Tobacco, Fox International Channels, Mudah, ASTRO and CIMB – just to name a few.
Under his creative leadership, Isobar has picked up over 100 awards from DMAM (Direct Marketing Association Malaysia), MC2 (Malaysia’s Creative Circle), the One Show Interactive, New York Festival, and the Webby Awards. Most recently, the agency picked up the coveted Campaign Asia’s Agency of the year, two years in a row (2015/16), the Golden Kancil Award at the 2017 Kancil Awards, and Gold at the Spikes Asia Awards 2017, landing the Country Agency of the year award.

Siwat Chawareewong co-founded mInteraction to become Thailand’s leading digital agency. It won Thailand Digital Agency of the Year from 2014 to 2016. Then Siwat took on another role as GroupM Thailand CEO.
