MANILA, PHILIPPINES – The best of the best in Philippine creativity has been named and celebrated at the 2019 Kidlat Awards on Friday, April 26. With TBWA\ Santiago Mangada Puno bagging the most awards of the night and GIGIL winning big on its first year, here’s the list of the complete set of winners for the prestigious award show.
