PARIS, FRANCE – BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe is announcing the upcoming release (2020) of Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions, the PC, PlayStation®4, and Nintendo Switch™, an adaptation of the cult manga series, Captain Tsubasa. To tease the upcoming launch, BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe came to Biborg, an agency specialising in entertainment and video games, to create a worldwide social media operation, unveiled on Twitter on January 21st.
The trailer reveals the first images of the new game developed by BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe, Captain Tsubasa, Rise of New Champions. The new game, which launches later this year, is based on the iconic Captain Tsubasa license, and features the incredible the exhilarating action and over the top shots that made the license famous in the first place.
To announce the trailer, Biborg turned to some of the biggest actors in football.
Two of the world’s greatest footballers – Brazilian central defender David Luiz and Spanish midfielder Thiago Alcantara – and the @433 account, one of the world’s largest online communities of football fans, are relaying the trailer shared by Captain Tsubasa’s official account, Rise of New Champions (@CptTsubasaRONC), created especially for the announcement.
The goal: Get all fans to subscribe to the new account, to follow news about the release!
