THE PHILIPPINES – AUGUST 2011 – July ended with shuttlecocks whizzing at the AdCongress22 Inter-Association Badminton Tournament Elimination Round. AdBoard association teams were dead serious at The Zone last Saturday as they fought hit after hit. Fast-paced and precise, and every bit professional, the games were tight, and the atmosphere very competitive.
The last six to the Finals are: Class A – UPMG and PANA; Class B – KBP and OAAP; and Class C – 4As and ASAP. Good luck to these teams as they shake up for the show down on September 17, also at The Zone
The indefatigable Ricky Alegre of Business World-UPMG welcomed everyone as AdCongress22 Special Events Committee Chair, while Danny Alapon of Luneta Advertising-OAAP emceed the event. The tournament is headed by Badminton Committee Chair Ed Acosta of EDA-OAAP.
