SĀO PAULO, BRAZIL – As the world takes a grip on how to prevent more COVID-19 cases, the need for people to practice social distancing has become more prevalent. In the spirit of encouraging more to follow suit, McDonald’s Brazil paired up with creative agency DPZ&T to come up with a way to capture people’s attention: by separating the two golden arches that build up the iconic McDonald’s logo.

McDonald’s in Brazil is franchised by a company called Arcos Dorados, and is among the largest McDonald’s chains in the world with over a thousand restaurants in the country. The restaurant says that this is their way to let everyone know that while people are separated from each other, this is the way how they can continue being together in the future.

The campaign has been launched in several of the restaurant’s social media pages, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
