Grey Group Sri Lanka appoints Ambar Prakash as new Creative Director

COLOMBO, JUNE 11 2013 – Grey Group Sri Lanka has announced the appointment of Ambar Prakash as its new Creative Director, effective immediately. He is to be responsible for overall quality, development and execution of client creative agendas and will report to country head Rachita Dutta.
 
Prakash is a 13-year veteran of the advertising industry, boasting experience at global creative agencies such as DDB Group, Hakuhodo Percept and TBWA/India. He has worked on global brands such as Citigroup, Mitsubishi Motors, Panasonic, Volkswagen and Yamaha. Notable campaigns he has participated in include the lead in creative execution for the launch of the Panasonic VIERA and the World Wildlife Foundation’s Earth Hour Campaign in both 2010 and 2011.
 
Prakash said that Grey offers him exciting prospects of working with some of the world’s top brands, and that he looks forward to working with the team to create campaigns that will take the agency forward.
 
Dutta, Grey Group Sri Lanka country head, praised Ambar as an experienced creative with a wide range of brand experience, including the conceptualization of acclaimed brand launches and digital campaigns. She said that Ambar’s experience and talent would further boost the agency’s creative offerings to its clients.
