Adfest 2024 invites program proposal submissions under the theme of ‘HI: Human Intelligence’

PATTAYA, THAILAND — ADFEST 2024 has announced its call for program proposal submissions, aligned with the festival’s thematic focus for 2024, “HI: Human Intelligence.” This theme underscores the complementary relationship between human ingenuity and artificial intelligence (AI) and their collective potential for shaping the future.

The theme “HI” stands for Human Intelligence, emphasizing the indispensable role of human creativity, emotion, and imagination in an era increasingly defined by technological advancements. ADFEST 2024’s theme celebrates the irreplaceable power of individuals, who, through their innate emotions, instinct, imagination, curiosity, languages, and uninhibited creativity, generate innovative ideas that transcend logic.

As the world embraces AI, it becomes a vital tool that enhances human capabilities and offers infinite possibilities. “HI” represents the essence of human potential, enabling the fusion of human intelligence with AI to drive progress, innovation, and transformation across various industries.

ADFEST 2024 seeks program proposals that resonate with this theme, addressing the harmonious interaction between “HI” and AI. The festival encourages submissions that explore the profound impact of human intelligence on creativity, problem-solving, and the evolution of technology.

ADFEST is searching for content that is not only inspiring and thought-provoking but also pushes the boundaries of creativity. The festival aims to challenge the greatest minds in the creative and advertising industry by presenting fresh, innovative, and influential ideas.

Program proposals for ADFEST 2024 must be submitted by November 30.

Ground rules

Prior to submitting proposals, ADFEST requests that those interested carefully read and adhere to the following Ground Rules:

• All presentations for ADFEST 2024 must be delivered in English.

• Audiences expect to see live speakers at ADFEST, so all selected speakers will be expected to travel to Pattaya, Thailand in person to deliver their presentation. Before submitting your proposal, please check your proposed speaker’s availability as virtual presentations are not accepted.

• ADFEST provides full three-day complimentary passes for its selected speakers. Unfortunately, it does not provide complimentary passes for accompanying personnel.

• As ADFEST is a non-profit entity, it does not provide speaker fees, or reimburse accommodation or travel costs (airfare or ground transportation). Before you submit your proposal, please make sure you take into account any travel and accommodation expenses.

• Speaker sessions and workshop spaces are limited and always over-subscribed, so submitting a proposal does not guarantee that it will be selected.

• If selected, please confirm your acceptance within one week of being notified. If ADFEST does not hear back from you within a week of notification, the slot offer will be forfeited.

• You can submit more than one proposal with different content, but only one proposal will be selected and confirmed.
