SINGAPORE — Having cancelled last year’s festival due to COVID, The Gong Show 2021 was back with a bang last Friday, 26 November, and BBH Singapore took top honours across the board.
The Agency took home three agency wins for Agency of the Year, Design Agency of the Year, and Digital Agency of the Year.
BBH also won 48 trophies from their 60 shortlisted entries across 16 campaigns for Riot Games, Sentosa Development Corporation, NTUC Income, Jollibee, Absolut, and Touch Community Services.
Sentosa Development Corporation was crowned Advertiser of the Year after bringing home multiple Gongs for Virtual Sentosa. The campaign, which was produced with BBH, invited visitors from all over the world to enjoy the island built on Nintendo’s Animal Crossing: New Horizons in the wake of a global lockdown.
Sascha Kuntze, Chief Creative Officer for BBH Singapore said, ”What you typically see at award shows is an agency cleaning up with one idea entered in every category. In our case, you need more than two hands to count the ideas. Every person in the agency was involved in the winning work. I’m so proud of everyone.”
