Awards: DDB Group Philippines achieves triple feat at 11th Asia CEO Awards 2020

MANILA, PHILIPPINES – DDB Group Philippines, a leading integrated marketing communication group, garnered three accolades at the 11th Asia CEO Circle of Excellence Awards 2020, said to be one of the largest business awards in the Asia Pacific Region.

DDB Group Philippines Chairman & CEO Gil G. Chua was named Circle of Excellence awardee for “Global Filipino Executive of the Year” with four other exemplary business leaders, all of whom have led their respective companies to success while significantly contributing to nation-building.

“Being in the Asia CEO Circle of Excellence is like being invited to be part of the Knights of the Round Table of King Arthur. Thank you Asia CEO for your trust and confidence. This award will be my North Star. This will not only inspire me, but also my Execom leaders, as well as my 3,000 employees nationwide,” said Chua.

DDB Group Philippines was also among the Circle of Excellence awardees for “Executive Leadership Team of the Year” and “Diversity Company of the Year.”

Group Chief Culture Officer Anna Chua-Norbert said that the Asia CEO recognitions made the company’s 2020 better and would provide further inspiration to their leaders and staff during these challenging times.

Last year, the company also brought home Silver awards as Southeast Asia Best Culture and Southeast Asia Talent Development Program of the Year in Campaign’s Agency of the Year Awards.
