BOGOTÁ, COLOMBIA — At the end of its 10th edition, ElDorado announced all the winners. After some intense days of judging, Pancho Cassis, Mihnea Gheorghiu, Stefane Rosa, Hugo Veiga, Rapha Abreu, and Juliana Paracencio selected all the winners.
In this new edition, Mullen Lowe was crowned Agency of the Year, while Fantastica was established as Independent Agency. Bavaria was awarded Advertiser of the Year and its VP Marketing, Thor Borresen, was Creative Marketer of the Year. Also, OMD received the award as Media Agency of the Year and Akira Cine as Producer of the Year.
Within the framework of the festival, the fourth edition of See It Be It Latam by Cannes Lions culminated, made possible by Alpina. This edition was directed by Gabriela Scardaccione. There were also great virtual and face-to-face seminars including a highly applauded session with singer-songwriter Kevin Johansen. Great workshops also shone to encourage the creativity of the attendees.
“This year was a year of celebration: of returning to the presence in an open and safe environment, and of celebrating 10 years working for the industry. Seeing so many ideas awarded is only a reflection of the consistent work during all these years and the good moment of advertising and communications in our country,” said Eliana Rivadeneira, director of the ElDorado Festival.
