Head of Awards, Louise Byrnes comments: “Given 2020’s challenging economic situation, we are thrilled with the enthusiasm entrants have shown for the 2021 Festival of Media APAC Awards. The shortlist has strong representation from 16 different countries, making this a true reflection of the best media and marketing work from the region. This continued energy and drive from our entrants is evidence of the fantastic work taking place across APAC. We are excited to see how the discussions will pan out during the final rounds of live judging in March and which campaigns the jury will select to award a trophy. Anything can happen during the final judging round and we cannot wait to see what the jury will ultimately decide! Thank you to everyone who participated and a huge congratulations to all who have been shortlisted.”
The shortlisting jurors were impressed by the excellence of work from these three key campaigns: Nike Live:Just Don’t Quit and Pizza Hut: Female Gamers’ New Hero both of which are cases from Mindshare China. Completing Mindshare triptych is Career From Home – Beyond the confines of HER kitchen a very topical campaign by Mindshare India.
The ceremony will be taking place virtually and tickets can be reserved by clicking here to celebrate the very best work from across the region.
It is worth noting that a fifth of APAC winners also go onto triumph at our Global Awards programme, which is still open and accepting entries until 18th February.
