SINGAPORE — This April Fool’s Day, Durex Singapore presents Come Run, an adults-only night run set to take place on September 06. Described by Durex as being the most satisfying run of the year, Come Run invites couples to come together and finish together. Runners can choose between two runs, a six or nine-kilometer run, which they can run at their own pace.
Durex is well-reputed for its April Fool’s pranks on social media and the promotion of faux products. Durex has duped customers in past years by marketing unusually flavored condoms (Durex Smoked Sausage in 2018 and Durex Mala HotPot in 2019.)
Durex is playing another prank this year by announcing a 6km and 9km night run on September 06 (6/9) for couples to finish together and releasing a race pack of Durex, Dettol, and Tempo products to go with it. In actuality, Come Run is another one of its April Fool’s jokes, and registrants are signing up for a non-existent run. However, as part of their marketing strategy, Durex will still give exclusive race packs to registered people.

Come Run Race pack
The first 100 to register for the race are entitled to a Durex Race Pack. Modeled to resemble Durex’s 3s condom box, this pack contains $100 worth of goodies, including an exclusive Come Run Finisher tee, Come Run Race Bib, Durex Mutual Climax condoms, Durex Invisible condoms, Durex Play Classic H2O Lube, Dettol Wet Wipes, Tempo Petit Facial Tissue, glow sticks, and vouchers.
The first 100 to register for Come Run 2024 will receive these exclusive race packs for free, which will be available for collection at Guardian, Marina Bay Sands. The Durex Race Packs can also be redeemed at the following pharmacies in Singapore on 06 and April 07 when they spend a minimum of $35 on any Durex products in a single receipt. Limited quantity is available.
