MUMBAI, INDIA — Kyoorius Awards has just awarded Ogilvy India “Best of Show”, and tops the metals tally at the #KCA21 Awards Night held last 21 June.
The agency won the highest number of Kyoorius Elephants, obtaining 29 blue elephants, 2 purple elephants, and 1 blue elephant.
Swayam’s “Soch Badlein, Baat Badlegi – Cricket” campaign won a purple elephant under the Zee Equality Award category. The campaign tackles how change in men’s behavior can only happen when there’s a change in their way of thinking. It is only then that that women will never feel insecure again. The campaign celebrates a different kind of masculinity, one that’s useful to building a fair society and far removed from the patriarchal beliefs usually ingrained from an early age.
Another purple elephant recipient is Dove‘s campaign titled “#StopTheBeautyTest”. The campaign was designed to challenge this practice and make beauty a positive experience for women.
The campaign to receive the black elephant award is Cadbury Celebrations’ #NotJustACadburyAd made for Mondelez. The pandemic of 2020 hit the small business owned local stores hard as more people switched to e-commerce. Most of them had no digital footprint. To resolve this, Cadbury featured many of these local stores in their Diwali ad.
Ethically and with the highest standards, the Kyoorius Creative Awards recognise, honour and award the most outstanding creative work in the Indian marketing communications sphere.
Presented by ZEE, the 2021 Kyoorius Creative Awards aim to create a truly neutral and transparent platform to reward the best in Indian advertising, media and digital creativity.
