Awards: Ogilvy Philippines bags trophies at the 19th Quill Awards for business communications excellence

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — At the 19th Philippine Quill Awards, where the International Association of Business Communicators Philippines celebrated the best campaigns, programs, and tools in the Philippine communications industry, Ogilvy Group Philippines accepted seven Excellence Awards and eight Merit Awards for brand campaigns and employee programs.

Out of that, “Dove #WashWithCare” was Top Award nominee in Communication Management, Ogilvy BrandCamp, the company’s marketing communications workshop for small businesses, was Top Award nominee in Communication Training and Education. Ogilvy Group Philippines was 3rd Runner-Up for Agency of the Year.

Receiving the Excellence Award for Communication Skills were the campaigns: “Dove #ReflectYourBeauty” in the Audio/Visual category, and Kentucky Fried Crossing in the Digital Communication category.

Earning the Excellence Award for Communication Training & Education was “Ogilvy BrandCamp Year 3: Enabling Social Entrepreneurs as Critical Agents for Community Recovery.

Excellence Award for Communication Management was secured by “Ford Philippines: Debunking Pick-Up Truck Stereotypes through the Ford RangeHER Campaign” in the Diversity and Inclusion category.

Comms Management Excellence Awards were likewise presented to “Launching the All-New Ford Territory in a Highly Competitive SUV Market”; Dove #Wash with Care; and “Milo Home Court – Enabling Parents to Continue Their Kids’ Champion Journey at Home” — all in the Marketing, Advertising and Brand Communication category.

Under the same category, Merit Awards for Communication Management were conferred to “Lady’s Choice Arya – Magkasama Ngayong Pasko”; “Harlan+Holden – Reintroducing the Brand to a Younger, Cooler Audience”; “Comfort Care Co-Lab: Making Clothes Care Fashionable in the New Normal”; and Kentucky Fried Crossing.

Among the Communications Management Merit Awardees was “COVIDCOMMS 2021 Ogilvy Philippines: Promoting Employee Health, Well-Being and Productivity in Lockdown Through Agile Communication” in the employee engagement category.

Taking home Communication Skills Merit Awards too were “Henry Ford Awards 20th Year: Celebrating a Milestone by Celebrating Journalist Heroes During a Pandemic Year” in the category of Special and Experiential Events; and “Eskinol Gandang Naturally Fresh Twitterserye in the Social Media category.
