“And not forgetting all Malaysians who voted for us — you have helped us put Malaysia on the digital map alongside major players such as Google, Apple, and NASA. It’s a humble and blessed milestone for us and a testament to what can happen when we join forces with passion and determination,” expressed Mark Darren Lee, Co-founder and Managing Director of Fishermen Integrated.
Nick Borenstein, General Manager of The Webby Awards, said winners like Fishermen Integrated are setting the standard for innovation and creativity on the Internet.
“It is an incredible achievement to be shortlisted among the best from the nearly 13,000 entries we received this year. It is a testament to the skill, ingenuity, and vision of its creators, regardless of whether they were selected by our Judging Academy or chosen by the online voting public for the People’s Voice Awards,” he added.
