2023 Kam Fan Jury chair Mr. Ali Shabaz, former Chief Creative Officer of M&C Saatchi Singapore commented, “There was a lot of great work to choose from for the Grand Kam Fan. We were really happy to see a mix of big brands and smaller ones represented and not just across one media, but across a good spread of channels. It was a tough decision but what we were looking for is a piece of work that brought together a big idea with flawless execution. Something that at its heart was simple piece of creative thinking. That piece of work was ‘Take Your Time To Rediscover The City.’ It’s an idea that we felt not only captured very well the spirit of the brand but also the spirit of Hong Kong. It was charming and flawlessly executed. It’s also work that can run for many years which is really the test of any good idea.“
Rick Kwan, Chairman of 2023 Kam Fan Committee, said, “It’s always good to see so many creative and advertising people getting together, it proves our determination to keep driving creative excellence within the industry.”
