ADFEST calls for entries to the 2014 Lotus Awards

BANGKOK – October 23, 2013 – With the theme "Co-Create the Future," ADFEST 2014 has announced its call for entries from agencies, media companies, and production companies in Asia, the Pacific, and Middle East to enter the Lotus Awards.

 
ADFEST also announced the launch of its new category, Media Lotus, which is made up of 14 subcategories: Best Use of Screens & Displays, Best Use of Radio, Best Use of Outdoor & Transit, Best Use of Ambient (Small & Large Scale), Best Use of Experiential/Guerilla Marketing, Best Use of Digital, Best Use of Mobile, Best Use of Social Media, Best Use of Technology, Best Use of Brand Entertainment & Content, Best Integrated Media Campaign, and Lotus Roots.  
 
With the new addition, the ADFEST Lotus Award lineup includes 17 categories:

•Press Lotus
•Outdoor Lotus
•Radio Lotus
•Interactive Lotus
•Mobile Lotus
•Direct Lotus
•Promo Lotus
•Design Lotus
•Print Craft Lotus
•Film Craft Lotus

•Integrated Lotus
•INNOVA Lotus
•Lotus Roots
 
As in 2013, Lotus Roots is a subcategory within all Lotus Awards categories. A unique award, Lotus Roots celebrates ideas that are inspired by local customs, cultures and traditions.
 
The Jury Presidents’ panel determines Lotus Roots winners, as well as presides over the Integrated Lotus and INNOVA Lotus.
 
Entries to the remote judging categories including Other Film (in Film Lotus), Radio Lotus, Interactive Lotus, Mobile Lotus, Integrated Lotus, and INNOVA Lotus close on Tuesday, December 10, 2013.
 
Script submissions to Short Films by the Fabulous Four in New Director Lotus close on Friday 20th December 2013.
 
Entries to all other Lotus categories close on Friday 10th January 2014.
