MANILA – September 18, 2013 – Ariva! Events Management, Inc. will hold its third Customer Service Summit in October, for organizations who wish to achieve a lasting culture of service excellence.
Themed "Creating Connection: Building Bridges Together," the summit will focus on growing and sustaining a highly engaged team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experience.
