BBH Asia Pacific wins Dutch Lady business

SINGAPORE – October 17, 2013 – BBH Asia Pacific has won the business of Royal FrieslandCampina’s Dutch Lady for Southeast Asia.

The Dutch dairy co-operative made the appointment after a three-way pitch.

According to a press release, BBH will focus on further building the Dutch Lady brand in the region. The global milk brand is called Dutch Lady in Malaysia and Vietnam, Foremost in Thailand, and Frisian Flag in Indonesia.

BBH Asia chairman Charles Wigley said, "FrieslandCampina are a genuinely creatively ambitious client group, with a big brand and a fine heritage. It’s an opportunity we are really looking forward to."

Meanwhile, Aartjan van Triest, FrieslandCampina category director, dairy based beverages, said "With our cooperative roots, Dutch Lady has built itself to be a caring and sustainable global brand with vested interest in local communities and their nutritional values.
