THE PHILIPPINES, JANUARY 3, 2012: After almost two decades, Don Sevilla will sign off as executive
creative director of Publicis JimenezBasic to join WOO
(Winning Over Obstacles) Consultants.

Sevilla will be joining WOO Consultants as executive creative director
and partner. The company is the joint venture of advertising legends
and couple Ramon and Abby Jimenez after briefly retiring from Publicis
JimenezBasic, which they have founded in the late 1990s and grew to be
one of the industry’s largest agencies in the country. The power
couple’s exit left PJB in the hands of JR Ramos, Bebot Ngo, and Sevilla.

Sevilla describes his time at Publicis JimenezBasic as an "enviable
experience."

"[I] met about 300 new friends, traveled and been to four wonders of
the world with them, tried being in a local  to a multinational
agency, experienced a dissolution of a global partnership, experienced
a momentous merger, had the privilege of working on blue chip clients,
been an art director to finally the head of the creatives of the
biggest and no.1 agency in the Philippines," Sevilla explains further.

"With a little over 18 years of his work life in this agency, Don’s
contribution to PJB’s success is invaluable.  He will be missed but I
am excited for him in this new adventure," says Bebot Ngo, Joint CEO
of Publicis JimenezBasic, on Sevilla’s departure.

When asked on his reason for moving to WOO, Sevilla has this to say
"New year. New adventure. Do things I haven’t done before."

On this reunion of advertising greats, Abby Jimenez is delighted to
say that, "I’m happy to be working with Don again. We’ve always done
great ads together."

As for what we can expect from this union in the future, Jimenez tells
adobo; " Woo is good at present. I already took care of that. Its
future depends on what Don, our current staff and future hires will
make of it."
