HONG KONG – December 2, 2013 – Epsilon was named a leader in the October 2013 report "The Forrester Wave™: Loyalty Program Service Providers, Q4 2013" by Forrester Research, Inc. in the Loyalty Program Service Provider Category.
In this evaluation, Epsilon was among the vendors who maintained their leadership position with the study’s strongest current offerings — a combination of technology capabilities and breadth and depth of services — and continued growth, Epsilon said in a press release.
The report stated that Epsilon’s “experience delivering successful loyalty solutions at scale for clients shows in its strong current offering and strong company strategy.” Agility Loyalty, Epsilon’s loyalty platform scored highest in the Loyalty Platform category within Current Offering. Within the sub-categories, Epsilon received the highest scores possible for configuration and customization services, scalability, systems and third party integration, data mining, and modeling and executive vision. Additionally, Epsilon received the highest scores available in the Market Presence sub-categories for Financial Strength and Total Employees.
