Greenhalgh’s appointment to Chairman alongside his current role of Chief Creative Officer reflects his embodiment of FITCH’s creative and strategic viewpoint delivered through his powerful insights, influence and industry knowledge. A passionate advocate of design as a business tool, Greenhalgh has led FITCH to numerous industry awards, and recently featured in the top 100 “Retail Week Power List”, sealing his reputation as a top name in the industry.

Greenhalgh is widely published and a regular conference speaker – he has developed a large number of insight and opinion pieces that help to determine how consumers shop and brands behave. He believes that design has a responsibility to deliver experiences that enhance consumers’ lives at every touch point.
Greenhalgh is himself an award-winning designer, having collected a number of ‘best in class’ ratings with brands as diverse as LEGO, Carhartt, McLaren and Harrods.
